We recently extended this decking area to give our client a much larger, more functional outdoor space — perfect for summer get-togethers, BBQs, or just relaxing in the sun ☀️
To finish it off, we added a stylish horizontal batten fence for a clean, modern look that also adds privacy and stops the dogs from wandering.

What a feature!! 🤩
Partial removal of chimney breast creating an alcove to house shelving. All plastered up leaving the original stone lintel.
Also enlarged the door opening to the kitchen whilst still maintaining enough room to fit units behind the reveal. Gives the dining room a more spacious feel whilst not losing any useable kitchen space.
Once decorated will make a stunning dining room full of character.

Leaky bathroom caused this one.
A large area of the lath and plaster ceiling collapsed taking with it some of the original coving.
We removed the rest of the coving, overboarded the ceiling and skimmed; ready for the new coving.
