MISTED WINDOWS?

Double glazing is a great investment for your home, both in energy efficiency and aesthetics, but if you don’t repair problems when they arise your great investment can soon turn into a bad one.
The most common issue with double glazing is the breakdown in the seal within the unit, allowing moisture to form and misting and condensation to appear, resulting in a window that never looks clean and unclear to see through.
There are DIY kits on the market to repair blown double glazing but it is no easy task and it won't help the misting or condensation already in the unit.
The only way to solve the problem is for a complete replacement of the windowpane - a quick job and probably cheaper than you would expect.
