🍦 Project Handed Over – Ice Cream Cafe Refurbishment - Introducing Café Nineteenth 🍦
Time to introduce the second phase of The Nineteenth project –a full internal design, manufacture and refurbishment. Turning what was once a play-centre into a stunning new ice cream cafe, to sit alongside the newly completed Bar & Kitchen next door.
Key features include:
- A striking feature central tree, creating a unique focal point for guests
- Bespoke joinery, designed, crafted, and installed by our team
- All joinery works, counter, screens, ceiling rafts and wall paneling - fully manufactured in our Sheffield workshop, before being delivered and installed on site.
This project is a great example of our end-to-end capability — from design to manufacture to installation — all delivered with care and attention to detail.

Pleased to revisit a past project, the transformation of a well-loved village restaurant into a refined day-to-evening destination.
The full design and refurbishment, led by Whiteheads Interiors team has breathed new life into the space, retaining its original charm while introducing a more modern upmarket feel suited to both daytime café culture and evening dining.

We are excited to announce the successful full internal refurbishment of The Nineteenth – Bar and Kitchen in Dodworth, Barnsley.
Whitehead Interiors delivered a complete re-design alongside our talented workshop created a full transformation of the space, including:
- Full strip-out and refurbishment.
- Fully Bespoke joinery and finishes.
- Modernised bar and dining areas.
- Upgraded lighting and interiors.
- Refurbishment & relocation of existing furniture and fixed seating.
