This logo. 🥹 I’m so grateful for Victoria Illustrated that used the Untangled by Tingle branding and made DeclutterCon a new part of it.
That overflowing box? Thats your full, chaotic home. That open lid? That’s everything that’s been piling up, spilling out, taking over the surfaces and the spare room and the “I’ll deal with it later” corner that’s been later for about three years now.
Those messy tangles coming out the top? That’s your brain and the whirlwind going on in your home too. The brain that hasn’t had a quiet moment since approximately 2007 (if ever!)
The one that goes to bed thinking about the pile on the stairs on doom bags and wakes up thinking about the pile on the stairs and the doom bags. The one that’s holding approximately 47 unfinished mental to-do lists, three things you meant to donate six months ago, and a vague sense of dread every time you open a cupboard and annoyance at the full kitchen surfaces and dining table.
We are ALL living in that logo.
The mess in the home and the mess in the head are not separate things. They feed each other. They exhaust each other. They make you feel like you’re behind, like you’re failing, like everyone else has somehow figured out a system that you just… haven’t been given the instructions for.
DeclutterCon is the pause button.
One day. One room full of people who GET IT. People who aren’t going to judge the state of your hallway or the six half-finished decluttering projects you’ve abandoned. People who are carrying exactly the same weight and have decided, finally, to put it down for a bit and actually work through it.
Together. Under one roof. In a genuinely lovely space with talks that will shift something in your head and leave you walking out feeling lighter than you walked in.
We’re going to unravel the mess. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Together, and with a lot of warmth, and probably a few “oh my god, me too” moments that make the whole thing feel less lonely.
Early bird tickets are moving. If you’ve been thinking about it, now is the time. They are very likely to sell out before the end of June and I really, really don’t want you to miss this!
