To create a modern outdoor living space by replacing the old, rotten and unsafe wooden decking.

🧱 Site Challenges
With no direct access to the garden, every single material had to be carried in by hand through a neighbour’s property. No machinery - just teamwork, planning and grafting.

✨ Hard Landscaping and Features
• Raised patio with Marshalite and brick retaining walls
• Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone paving
• Upgraded surface and land drainage
• New fencing to both boundaries
• Feature pergola with rubber roof, gutters, cladding and full electrics - perfect for year round outdoor living
• New utility room with composite cladding, patio doors, insulation, plumbing, electrics and a new boiler flue

✨ The Result
What was once unsafe and unusable is now a clean, functional and beautifully finished space the homeowners can enjoy all year round.

🌿 S35 Burncross Garden Transformation

A full revamp of a garden originally landscaped 20 years ago. The space had become tired, weather worn and the old timber decking had become unsafe. The brief was to modernise the garden while keeping the original footprint.

A stunning Sandur Tumbled Yellow Limestone patio has now been installed, bringing a warm, natural look that instantly elevates the outdoor area.

Installation of two Ivory Cream 600 × 900 porcelain patio areas with full sleeper framework.

🔹 Before - the garden began as a standard new build plot:

• Bare, unsettled ground with no defined patio areas
• Builder’s rubble and soil requiring excavation
• No edging, structure, or framework in place

The area needed full groundwork preparation to create stable, long lasting patio foundations.
