En suite completed in loft conversion. Soil pipe routed through bedroom ceiling below bathroom outside and connected to ...

En suite completed in loft conversion. Soil pipe routed through bedroom ceiling below bathroom outside and connected to stack. Soil has a AAV on in a maintenance space with a hatch. New hot and cold feed taken from boiler on one continuous run of pipe from boiler to bathroom so it’ll never leak though ceiling! Also put lever stop valves in the maintenance space so it’s easy to isolate without effecting rest of house.
