Back end of last week we were removing this large ash tree in whirlow.

The health of this tree has been monitored over the last few years and it’s been deteriorating slowly. So we decided it would benefit the group beech and sycamore trees. This tree was also subject to a TPO so we applied to the local council and got permission..

We also cut the logs up to manageable size for the customer to split and fit his log burner.

CHRISTMAS TREE COLLECTION

On Saturday 11th January we’ll be going round offering a Christmas tree collection service.
Can collect from any address in Sheffield.

All trees will be put through the woodchipper and all the woodchip will be 100% recycled. So not landfill/waste whatsoever.

Each tree collection is just £10 and and 100% of everything raised on the day will be donated to RSPCA Sheffield Shelter. 🐶 🐱 🐰

What a job this has been 😮‍💨

After 8 van loads of logs, 2 loads of woodchip and 7 1/2 days later it’s finally done.

After getting a call on a late Friday afternoon about a tree coming down from the wind, we had no idea what to expect. Safe to say we didn’t expect this.

4 cars in total damaged including 2 write offs and a garage wall damaged.

Great effort from all the lads involved.
