Another stunning grade 2 listed exterior completed this week for a lovely couple in Shenley Church End. Some rot in the windows for which we used the repaircare system.

➡️ Soffit's and Fascia - Zinsser Allcoat black and white satin.

➡️ Windows - Zinsser Allcoat white satin

➡️ Masonry - Dulux weathershield smooth masonry paint mixed in sandstone

➡️ Front door - Tikkurila Miranol mixed in RAL6005

➡️ French doors - Tikkurila Everal Aqua semi matt mixed in the Dulux Georgian 12 colour.

Complete colour change on this one. Customer had an extension on the side of the house with the UPVC in Graphite grey and was going to replace all the windows and doors. We managed to get an exact colour match with Zinsser Allcoat and save them thousands by repainting the windows, as you can see they blend in perfectly with the right preparation and application. Customer was very happy and the neighbour now wants there's done. 👍

Gym complete for and a couple of months ago ready for there new equipment to go in. Really nice couple to work for and Victoria makes ridiculously good banana bread 👌
Ceiling, beam, windows, door and frame in Farrow and Ball strong white 2001 estate emulsion and modern eggshell.
Panelling and skirting knotted, filled, caulked and primed then spray finished in Farrow and Ball Mizzle 266 modern eggshell.

Completed living room in this stunning georgian house. A lot of work went into restoring this with the use of the Treatex system.

- Stripped all woodwork including the floor.

- Applied two coats of Treatex colour tone woodstain with a light rub down in between coats.

- Followed by two coats of Treatex hardwax oil in the satin finish.

Customer was over the moon with the finish.

Entrance hallway on this classy georgian property completed at the start of the year. Next phase will be up the sloping staircase and landing.

Ceiling and cornice - Tikkurila anti-reflex (sprayed the cornice)

Walls - Tikkurila Optiva 5

Woodwork - Stripped, stained with two coats of Treatex Colour Tone and two coats of Treatex Hardwax oil satin.

Just managed to finish this stunning master bedroom before lockdown with this amazing feature wall.

Wallpaper is Harlequin.

Walls finished in Tikkurila Optiva 5 mixed in Little Green Mortar 239.

Woodwork finshed in Tikkurila Helmi 10 mixed in Little Green Mortar 239 also.

We'll get through this, get up, keep busy, don't watch to much media and we'll be back in business in no time. Take control if your own mind and stay positive. 🙂

Hung this lovely velvet wallpaper by Graham and Brown yesterday, patturn number 104563 Gothic Damask Cobolt. Went up a treat, my customer Alex was very happy with the finish.

This beautiful georgian exterior completed last year by me and the team, taking lots of bookings for this summer too.

Soffits fascias and windows finished in Sadolins Superdec.

Doors in Zinsser Allcoat mixed in Farrow and Ball Pigeon

Masonry finished in Dulux Trade Weathershield smooth masonry in Sandstone.

Three storey hall, stairs and landing completed in Middleton. All spindles and handrails originally stained. Zinsser BIN primer applied followed by two coats of Little green flat matt oil eggshell mixed in Scree, treads brought in for carpet runner. Walls finished in Little green intelligent emulsion for durable finish mixed in Hicks blue. Door frames, skirting and radiators finished in Little green Hicks blue flat oil eggshell. Oak doors finished in Osmo oil matt finish. From the before photos you'll see a complete transformation. High quality finishes guaranteed! 🙂

Living Room full redec, was all magnolia, walls finished in Little Green intelligent matt mixed in the colour basalt. Very durable paint. Woodwork finished in Little Green Flat oil eggshell mixed in basalt also. Oak door finished in Osmo. Important to get razor sharp lines with colours like this for contrast. Client's were very happy with the finish.

Living room completed this week, white Dulux Supermatt on ceilings, Dulux Trade Jasmine white on walls and Valspar mixed in Billions and Billions on feature wall. Nice clean sharp finish.
