Meet the Maker. We are so excited to welcome willow weaver Jo Entwistle back to No.7 for a special Bird Feeder & House workshop on Saturday 4th July.
Jo is a Somerset-based basket maker and willow grower who crafts using materials sourced directly from the Somerset Levels and her own smallholding. For Jo, weaving is more than just a craft - it’s a mindful practice.

“I became enamoured with the process, the mindful nature of a continuous weave, and the joy of creating something practical out of nature.”

Having recently been awarded the “Emerging Maker” bursary from Somerset Art Works, Jo is the perfect tutor to help you explore this heritage craft. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to hone your skills, this is a chance to slow down, connect with natural materials, and take home something beautiful, handmade, and functional.
