It’s going to be a scorcher! ☀️☀️☀️ The cafe is fully air conditioned so no need to panic about where to eat 🍴 as we’ve got you covered!

With the forecast weather due, please avoid bringing your pets down as we don’t allow them inside and have very little shade in the garden. We do sell doggy ice cream that you can buy to take home for your pooch to enjoy from the comfort of their own home 🐶🍦

Please be aware a reduced menu may come into play depending on how hot our kitchen gets, our teams comfort comes first and it’s already an uncomfortable 26 degrees in there at 9am 😬 so please be kind to our hospitality team, stay safe, and enjoy the sunshine☀️🍺

🎉 Today marks 8 years since we first opened our doors to Fields Kitchen! 🎉

Looking back, it’s incredible to think about how far we’ve come. What started as an idea and a lot of hard work has grown into something bigger and better than we ever imagined.

The last 8 years haven’t always been easy. Like any small business, we’ve faced our share of challenges, uncertainties, long days, and obstacles. But through every high and low, we’ve been fortunate to have an amazing team and loyal customers standing beside us.

To our staff – thank you for your dedication, passion, and the care you bring every single day. You’ve helped shape not just our coffee shop and garden centre, but the welcoming community that exists within it.

To our customers – thank you for every coffee and breaky purchased, every kind word, every recommendation, and for making us part of your daily routines and special moments. Your support has meant everything.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and grateful for everyone who has been part of our journey. Eight years on, we’re stronger, busier, and more excited about the future than ever before.

Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the friendships we’ve formed, and many more years of great coffee, great conversations, and great company.

Our amazing head chef Cat is running a colour run today to raise money for the Forget Me Not children’s hospice who provided support for Cat and her family when she lost her daughter last year. We had a fabulous time with Barkston Ash Nursery yesterday, with Phil leading the class with tomato planting! 🍅

9 little ones learning about horticulture, growing fruit and veg and feeding our Pygmy goats before having lunch and a bit of playtime on our park.
