This is a lovely two storey extension for a lovely family that was completed at the end of 2024. It also involved a complete house refurbishment and extension to a property in a conservation area in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
The works involved, 2 storey extension featuring new kitchen, utility, boot room, en-suite, master bedroom which included Under floor heating, tiling, new windows and doors, roof lights, kitchen installation, decoration, Refurbishment of the dining room, main bathroom, and extensive outdoor works. The extension works seamless with the existing!!

The was a lovely project for a lovely client and first for us. This is a proud moment, located in a conservation area, we gained a rare permission for this stunning extension, increasing the building’s footprint by 50%. Seeing it come to life has been so rewarding.

Today we apply for planning for a lovely two rear extension to this 1920’s house in Shrewsbury. This house was one of the first set of Post War community housing designed by Raymond Unwin a leading national reformer of housing of the day. Let’s see how the scheme will be seen by the local authority 🤞🏻

Happy Friday everyone, another Full Planning Permission granted, two weeks early, for a large two storey extension to a lovely Victorian Villa in a conservation area. 🙌🏻🤩
