From the smallest extension to complete new builds we offer the same professional level of service from the initial free no obligation consultation through to the completion of the project. Our package includes a full site survey, high quality drawings showing existing and proposed work, complete with all construction details required for Building Regulations approval. As part of our service we wi

ll act as agents on your behalf submitting planning and building regulations applications to the local authority. Our fees include any amendments requested by either planning or building control during this process. You will receive full sized paper copies of the submitted plans with electronic versions available if requested. Although we cannot guarantee that planning permission will be granted it is always our intention during the initial consultation to advise you of any issues that we feel may be a problem during the planning process. With a planning approval rate of over 98% we try to avoid costing potential clients time and money when there is little to no chance of success. House Extensions & Garages

Walls, Fences & Driveways
Some planning applications may require additional services such as structural calculations or tree / bio-diversity surveys. If requested by the local authority we can arrange for these to be completed on your behalf by an independent consultant. Although DH Drawings don't charge for this part of our service you would be billed directly by the companies carrying out that aspect of work for you. The fees for these additional services would be approved by yourselves prior to work being started.
