Stoned up a porch extension, ready for a new roof

Couple of 12 sq mtr bedroom ceilings boarded and plastered

Another bathroom completed in billingham

✅️ full rip out back to brick
✅️ complete re pipe and new wastes installed
✅️radiator moved
✅️New entrance created to accommodate the large shower
✅️New spot lights, switches and timer fan installed
✅️ rustic emerald wall slips, and wood effect porcelain tiles fitted
✅️fully re boarded and plastered.

As usual electrics Ryan Makemson ADA electrics.
And everything else myself.

This project took longer than originally expected, lots and lots of bad workmanship uncovered, removed and replaced.

What a transformation on this bathroom refurbishment!!!
Out with the old and in with the new.
Customers design and it looks amazing.

Mirror cabinet was smashed in transit and awaiting replacement, pics to follow
✅️ fully re piped
✅️New solvent wastes to replace push fit sh*te
✅️plasterboarded and skimmed
✅️New electrics, spots, timer fan, electric mirror cabinet and switches
✅️fully tiled with 600x 600 porcelain and 1200x400 ceramic tiles
✅️ceiling dropped and plastered
