We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our busy office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is looking for flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Typing & preparing documents
• Filing and maintaining organised records
• Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally
• Responding to email enquiries
• Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Working Hours:
• Part-time, 2 days per week
• One working day must be a Friday
• Hours can be arranged to fit around school schedules if required

About You:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office applications)
• Friendly and professional
• Previous admin experience is desirable

What We Offer:

These photos show one of our coloured glass decorative leaded lights fitted into an oak door, beautifully crafted by our friends at Plank Joinery. A fantastic example of two local trades combining their excellent craftmanship to make a stunning bespoke product for the customer. The last photo shows the leaded light being worked on in our glass shop by our experienced leaded light maker Andy.
