Fire door remediation works
3 new grade 13 hinges with intumescent pads.
New egress lock wrapped in intumescent paper,
New security fire rated letterplate,
Concealed drop down seal,
New overhead closer,
New sandblasted fire rate laminated glass, with new fire beads and glazing tape.
15 x 4mm intumescent coldseals.
Repairs to door and frame.

Utterly crazy what flat doors have to have fitted, the prices of the components have quadrupled in the last 3 yrs😡 so people are making a fortune for supply and demand, ive been told that in 2 to 3 yrs time BS 476 will be changing, so prices will go up even more after the new testing.

Just recently I've had trouble getting paid on time, I had a call from Vanguard Enforcement last year. A very nice man called John Bailey, explaining what happens.
Well i had to call John a few weeks ago, as my invoice hadn't been paid. He advised me to write a 7 day notice, I also mentioned Vanguard Enforcement. Funnily enough, I was paid within the hour!

To my fellow traders, if this happens to you, give John a call 02170 904065 and ask for John Bailey.

Everyone always thinks, that the traders are always the problem🙄 No, its the tradesmen who always have to fight for their money.

Probably the best looking, most fun but most stressful wardrobes ive built! It was for in Pimlico London. We didn't have any brief from the owner, no style just Cherry wardrobes Martyn said do ya stuff. We were very lucky to have such a variety of work, and Martyn is probably the best around for organising a workforce 👊🏼🙌🏼
Very expensive, but looks amazing,it was finished off in osmo oil.

This is bad tradesmanship😡 if they took the time to take out the lock and fill it with foam, why screw back in the faceplate🤷‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ Then fill over the whole thing, so know one can see it!! This happens alot, please don't do it🙏

Im not a lover of hanging doors into old frames😬 especially when they are all over the place, and the doors are in Oak. But still, they're done🙌🏼🙌🏼
