The Countryside Stewardship Capital Grant has recently reopened which represents fantastic opportunities for fencing and boundary work. Here’s an idea of some of the grant rates available:

Fencing @ £7.47/m (including Clipex)
Permanent electric fencing @ £5.66/m
Wooden field gates @ £489.90/unit
+ much more!

Another busy week! A small slurry lagoon extending a horse paddock (sorting out previous contractors slack mild steel wire well we were there 🙈) and 1000m mostly on peat that we couldn’t get to in the spring!

And yet again I didn’t take many pictures as we were rushing away at 6 o’clock but here’s a few !

First 5.5km completed on a large clipex project some nice pulls, best being a 495m pull!!
The second knocker proving very useful for strainers to keep in front of post man patt and his green wrag trac 😆
