Chimney stacks

I usually advise clients to leave the chimneys, but this was previously rendered (hence the white paint on the brick) so we re did it.

Why do we use mesh?

For us this is no extra, its standard practice

This is used to reinforce the basecoat, we use this on all our jobs throughout the entire basecoat.

The mesh is made from extremely strong fibreglass, Fine, non-slip & alkali-resistant

It helps us also achieve a flatter wall, aswell as preventing cracking appearing on the finished surface.

Not only is the basecoat extremely dureable flexible & strong, the mesh plays a solid roll in prepwork.
