Wow - what a night, 3 wins at the Constructing Excellent Awards for tha Albury Place Development in Shrewsbury, best residential design, collaborative works and best of the best award.

We have been shortlisted in *three* categories of the Constructing Excellence (CE) awards, West Midlands:

- SME of the Year Award
- Residential Property of the Year: Albury Place
- Integration & Collaborative Working Award

CE Midlands is committed to improving business performance by driving innovation and best practise in the construction industry. The awards are open to all organisations and project teams involved in delivering buildings and civil engineering projects in the West Midlands. After nearly 12 months due to lockdown and the natural slow down of trade availability, we revisited this new property - shell very much complete and almost watertight - by far our biggest residential project, our clients are so happy, it’s a pleasure to be involved - massive fitout to commence in the spring, Covid allowing........

An amazing night last night with Interior Panda at the Mixology Interior Design Awards in Manchester where we were a finalist in the Best Bar Restaurant for our project The View at Hencote, not a winner but very very proud to be a finalist.
The ceremony and venue were amazing with over 1200 attendees.
