We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a part-time, office-based role, perfect for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys being at the heart of a busy and creative team.

What we're looking for:
✔ Has previous office administration experience (experience in an architecture/ construction would be a bonus)
✔ Is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail
✔ Has strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
✔ Is confident using computer software (apple mac is a bonus)
✔ Can work independently and manage multiple priorities

What you'll be doing:
• Managing the day-to-day administration of the office
• Answering calls and handling client enquiries
• Organising meetings, appointments and diaries
• Preparing documents, reports and project information
• Assisting with invoicing, supplier accounts and general office records
• Supporting our architects and directors with administrative tasks
• Helping maintain efficient office systems and procedures

We're a friendly, growing architecture practice working on exciting projects, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a creative and collaborative team.

✅ Planning Approval ✅

We’re delighted to share that planning approval has been granted for our latest project in Lyme Regis 🎉
Working with Paper Bird , we’ve designed a new front entrance alongside a series of internal alterations to enhance both the functionality and experience of this commercial building. The proposals aim to create a more welcoming street presence while improving the flow and usability of the interior spaces.

It’s been great to see work already underway on site, and we’re looking forward to watching the project continue to take shape as the vision becomes a reality. 🎉

Progress update from our bungalow project in Sidmouth 🏡

Works are well underway on this single storey rear extension, alongside extensive excavation works around the bungalow to prepare the site for improved access levels. At the same time, internal alterations are progressing to open up the layout and create a more accessible, practical, and comfortable living environment tailored to our clients’ needs. The project is really starting to take shape both inside and out. 👀

Halfway milestone on our latest loft conversion in Exeter 🏗️

The dormer extension is now fully constructed and the roof insulated, marking a significant step forward in the build. With the main structure in place, the space is really starting to take shape, giving a clear sense of the final layout and the added volume this conversion will bring.

Stay tuned for more updates as we transform this home from the top down.

⚽ U11 Girls Friendly Match Report ⚽

The U11 girls put in a fantastic performance in their friendly against Exmouth Pumas, showing great determination and teamwork from start to finish.

Every player worked tirelessly throughout the game, with a real team spirit on display across the pitch.

Exmouth proved to be a strong and well-organised side, taking the lead early and maintaining it throughout the match. It was great to fit in a midweek fixture.
