We’re delighted to have received an Outstanding Employer Contribution certificate from EBP Kent for our support in offering work experience placements during 2024–2025.

At The Eco Gardener, we’re passionate about giving young people real opportunities to build skills and confidence. This year’s placements have been fantastic — and we’re even prouder that several of the students enjoyed their time with us so much that they’ve continued working with us during holidays on a paid basis. 🌱💼

It’s been inspiring to see their progress, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. A huge thank-you to EBP Kent for the recognition, and an even bigger thank-you to the brilliant young people who joined us.
