Customer reported a repeat loss in pressure on the gauge of their combi boiler. This was causing them to lose their hot water.
We found the diverter valve had a small leak on it. Part ordered and replaced and boiler working once again 🍾

Routine boiler service. Looks like it had not been done for a few years and was lucky it still worked properly.
The electrodes were a bit dirty causing ignition delay. And the condense trap was full up and surprised anything could get through.

Showing the importance of the annual boiler service. Found this flue had been installed at the wrong angle and had started to leak and corrode.
This can cause many problems including carbon monoxide leaking out into your property.
This flue has been removed and replaced, boiler serviced and all safe again 😎
