🔥 Full Central Heating Conversion – Queenborough 🔥

This property originally had a gas-fired warm air heating system and hot water cylinder. The customer wanted to upgrade to a modern, efficient combi boiler and full central heating system.

The existing warm air unit and cylinder were removed and responsibly disposed of before carrying out a complete new installation.

✅ Gas-fired warm air unit removed
✅ Hot water cylinder removed
✅ New Glow-worm Ultimate 30c combi boiler installed
✅ New gas supply run installed for boiler location
✅ Full central heating pipework installed throughout property
✅ 6 new radiators fitted and commissioned
✅ System filled, tested and balanced

A complete transformation, providing the customer with efficient central heating, mains pressure hot water and improved control over their heating system.

🔧 Heating System Flush – Stockbury, Sittingbourne 🔧

Customer reported that the central heating on one side of the property was not heating correctly.

After investigation, the system was drained down and a Magnacleanse unit fitted with cleaning chemicals. The system was then circulated and individual radiators and pipework agitated to break up and remove built-up sludge and blockages.

✅ Full system flush carried out
✅ Sludge and debris removed
✅ System protected with fresh inhibitor
✅ Heating system rebalanced for even heat distribution throughout the property

Another heating system restored to full performance and ready for the colder months ahead.

System conversion carried out in Kemsley, converting from a cylinder setup over to a combi boiler.

Old boiler and cylinder removed, with pipework reconfigured to suit the new system.

Stand-off brackets used to run pipework neatly up behind the boiler and into the loft space, keeping everything as clean and accessible as possible.

☑️ Removed existing boiler and cylinder
☑️ Converted system over to combi
☑️ Ran hot and cold supplies to new boiler
☑️ Installed new Glow-worm Ultimate 30c combi boiler
☑️ Pipework run neatly using stand-off brackets into loft
☑️ Reworked airing cupboard pipework
☑️ Tested and commissioned

Nice clean conversion leaving the system running efficiently and freeing up space 👍🏻

🔧 Radiator & Pipework Alteration – Sittingbourne

Customer is currently renovating the room and needed the radiator pipework raised to allow the skirting boards to be refitted neatly along the wall.

The existing pipework was altered and rerouted so the radiator connections sit above the skirting line, keeping everything tidy and ready for the next stage of the renovation.

✔ Pipework altered and rerouted
✔ Pipework raised to allow for skirting refit
✔ Radiator reinstalled and tested
✔ System refilled and checked for leaks

A much cleaner setup that works better for the new layout of the room.

✔️ Diagnosed failing circulation pump
✔️ Removed air separation pot to clear debris
✔️ Cleared sludge build-up restricting circulation
✔️ Replaced circulation pump
✔️ Recommissioned and checked full system operation

System now circulating correctly and boiler running without fault.

Circulation issues and debris build-up are common causes of boiler lockouts, particularly on older open-vented systems.
