We attended this property for a minor leak which turned out to be a long-term pinhole leak which has been rotting the kitchen and hallway flooring.

The kitchen and hallway floor had to be ripped up due to how rotten it was. We located the leak and replaced the pipe work for other trades to come and repair the flooring. 💦

This goes to show how much damage a pinhole in a pipe can make. This is the worst leak I have seen for a long time!

⭐️ Pictures of a job in progress. Divided part of a kitchen to turn into a downstairs W/C suite. The wall has been knocked through to create an opening for the new downstairs toilet. A stud wall has been put up to divide the kitchen from the W/C.
