What does your journey look like when you sign up with us for a new boiler?

Firstly all of our quotes are free and tailor-made for you and your property. Each quote is different and that takes into account house demand, heat loss, brand awareness and budget among other things.

Our goal is return to you a comprehensive quote with a breakdown of works to be completed with a price covering materials, labour and VAT at the appropriate rate.

You get a seamless journey from making contact through John or Jodie (the AI phone answering service), a visit at the job location, e-mailed quote and a date to carry out the works.

Upon completion you are invoiced and can pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card.

Having a new boiler shouldn’t be a hard process and that’s why we aim to keep it slick.

New boiler time…

Brand new, A-rated and super efficient combination boiler installed for this customer in Medway.

They had so many issues with their last system that it was more economical to replace the boiler than keep repairing.

So in went this Worcester boiler with 10-year warranty. Happy customers indeed.

Twice in one week….!!

That’s two carbon monoxide alarms out of date and therefore not offering the protection to families which they are designed for.

Just because the green light is on and it beeps when you test it doesn’t mean it’s safe. The sensors within the unit deplete over time and it’s vital that these are replaced within the manufacturers instructions.

Like these ones, I always test CO alarms when servicing boilers or carrying out a gas safety inspection. I carry spares to install when present or customers can pick them up at supermarkets or online.

Please check yours and make sure you, and your family, are safe.

Sometimes it’s the simple things…

Unfortunately a building contractor hit this gas pipe when chasing up floor for new radiator pipework.

Safe isolation of the gas and ventilation of the area was swift.

A neat little repair and the customers were up and running.

Just needs a little remedial work to protect it before the floor is made good.

Neglected boiler services are not our friend!

This boiler had not been serviced for a few years and had also developed a hot water fault.

After some TLC, a couple of new parts and this boiler was burning away efficiently and correctly.

My advice is never neglect a boiler service. We all rely on our boilers to perform but quite often leave them in the corner burning away until they break. Whilst not all issues are preventable, annual servicing can reduce issues and certainly identify issues before they get worse!

This customer had suffered a gas leak on old pipework buried in the floor. The landlord asked for a cost-effective and quick resolution to keep the customers heating and hot water working.

In we went and carried out a complete new gas supply. This was not necessarily the best route but it suited the landlord, the tenant for less disruption and also meant that this was completed in one day.

Boiler move and kitchen re-pipe for a new customer.

This customer wanted a new kitchen layout and her boiler was in the way of the grand plan.

This was a solid piece of work but all moved and recommissioned for the lady.

Ready on time and on budget for the kitchen fitters to step in.

Return visit carried out to add extras and also fit the gas hob and sink.

More water pressure needed?

I installed this Powertank in Essex for a client who had woeful mains pressure. He also has a wife and four children who use bathrooms at the same time alongside a business run from home.

This provides a store (in this case) of 450 litres which is pumped around the house at a pressure we set. Therefore no loss of pressure across a large six bed/five bed house.

Power tanks can be sized according to the property and demand.

I also fitted a water softener to provide much needed respite from severe hard water in the area.

New pipework for a new kitchen. This customer needed an upgrade of leaking pipework and new layout period to a new kitchen being fitted.
