Last week we welcomed our first guests to Byre.
Thankfully, we got some wonderful feedback about the food, but the thing was the most special, was seeing the little dining spaces come alive. People settling in, relaxing, enjoying the fires, opening another bottle of wine, sharing stories and conversations and really making themselves at home. For me, that’s what Byre was always supposed to be!

Our reservations are currently open until the end of September.
(This little bowl was a big hit last week, it’s full of our tomato, strawberry and elderflowers picked from the garden tea.)
