📢Important Customer Announcement📢

☀️ Due to the extreme weather forecast for the East Midlands Monday & Tuesday, we have taken the decision to stand our valued staff down for 2 days for their safety and comfort.

⛔ Both our 1 Stop Spas - Nottinghamshire East Bridgford and our Flagship Showroom in Sleaford will be closed as will our phone lines for the next 2 days.

ℹ Also, a reminder for all our hot tub owners. As we only sell energy efficient hot tubs that hold their heat very well, you may experience something called 'Thermal Creep' where your hot tub water may creep up in temperature caused by recycled heat from the pumps that are running adding surplus heat into into water. This may produce a warning on the display. This is normal in extreme weather conditions and you can simply remove some water and top up with cold water and the message will clear.
