Over the last few months we have been busy in the garden. I have made a little tool shed, and created an area under the tree for it. I have also dug up last years garlic and transplanted it so we could use the space for a new greenhouse. I have also created a better rhubarb plot, which involved digging loads of bind w**d out, creating a bed around my original plant, planting some gifted plants and creating a little path. Paul has been making raised beds, I'll post photos in a week or so when they are completed!

Paul and I had our first day of the year in the garden, no photos as just tidying up, but so nice to have enough sun to actually get out! Added bonus was being able to put the laundry on the line ❤

Yesterday we pulled up one of our carrots to see how they are doing as a couple have started to flower..... well.... we didnt put enough soil in the box, our natural soil is solid and the carrots got to that soil and couldn't continue down! Lots of funny shapes! Including a couple of dancing carrots!!! 😂

Lesson learnt, next crop will be better! ❤

I bought this spinning wheel last year for only £20! It was filthy and had wood worm. I scrubbed it clean, treated the woodwork, then I treated the wood for rot. Finally I varnished with out door varnish. I just need to choose my spot for it in the garden now! And yes, it works! ❤❤

So the bedroom is coming together...curtains up, bedding on. Just a shelf (to put up) and wall hanging (to make). That will take some time....so this is finished for the time being! I'm happy with the result ❤
