Proper job loft storage 💥

- Old loft boards lifted.
- Counter battens screwed in place.
- Insulation rolled out to ensure double coverage across the loft space.
- Tongue and groove loft boards installed.
- Amendments made to the loft hatch to suit the new hinged hatch.
- Loft ladder installed.
- Loft hatch area left primed and ready for decorating.

A superb storage space for all those loft essentials…Christmas decorations, suitcases and in my loft every issue of NME magazine you have ever purchased. Not parting with those 👌🏽

A tidy little fencing job…scroll for an extra special visitor!

The customer’s family had removed the old conifer hedge to make way for this fence build

- 4x4 posts
- Sturdy 4x2 rails
- Feather edge cladding
- Top rail and post caps
- All pressure treated timbers 💪🏼

Solid and pleasing to the eye. A fence built to last.

The visit from Rosie whilst on her waste removal rounds absolutely made my day…more pets please for 2026 (No snakes or spiders though, they do not classify as pets)

Week three on the mega garden room 💥 insulation complete, cables all in place, vapour barrier, good start on the internal and external cladding, roof shingles, ground works and door step, loads of niggly little jobs ticked off, late nights and assistance from my love ♥️ Final week ahead…gonna be a biggie!

Week two on the mega garden room build 💥 It’s been a gruelling but productive Monday to Sunday on the job but we now have insulated walls and a roof. Which is great considering it’s rained every day ☔️

My second kitchen project from June 25 was a much needed glow up for this property in Thorne. Swipe through for an absolute journey 💥

The old kitchen was clinging on for dear life with broken doors and drawers, out of date electrics and a hole in the floor!

- A full rip out back to the bare floor and walls.
- Fully prepped and decorated and pottery shelf removed. Paints from and
- Floor repair from previous water leak.
- Kitchen Units installed - ‘Cento Concrete’ from
- Washing machine moved into the utility to create more storage in the kitchen.
- Worktops cut and installed with huge thanks to Lucas Emerson for once again providing the tools and the expertise.
- New appliances, wiring rectified, new sockets and switches thanks to Bri at BR electrical.
- Grey flat brick tile with grey grout.
- Cushion floor from Wilson’s carpets.
- All the usual attention to detail you’d expect from a LGAHS project 🙌🏽

The customer was absolutely overjoyed with their new kitchen 🙌🏽
