***PLANNING APPROVAL*** Yesterday we received approval at Planning Committee for a conversion and extension scheme creating a new dwelling in Congham. The Committee voted unanimously in favour of the project with councillors praising the "well thought out" and "well designed" project as well as the preservation and re-use of a Non-Designated Heritage Asset.

We also dealt with our first-ever appeal submission. We now have a beautiful pair! Great result for all involved!

Following a promising (dare we say successful?) pre-application we have prepared a full application for this conversion and extension of an old coal shed to create a new dwelling. The design is contemporary, yet sympathetic to the heritage asset having a low impact on the surrounding landscape and street scene.

We are extremely pleased to announce planning approval for this exceptional new-build dwelling in the heart of Burnham Market by unanimous decision at West Norfolk Planning Committee. The property will also feature a basement with swimming pool, gym and cinema room.

Sadly we didn't come away as winners from last nights Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk's Mayors Design Awards, but we are very proud to have been shortlisted for our two projects at Old Hunstanton and No.Twenty9 Bar & Restaurant in three categories. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees.

**PLANNING APPROVAL** received for this traditional vicarage inspired replacement dwelling adjacent the church in Marham, Norfolk. Great care and consideration had to be given to the sensitive location to provide an appropriate design. There were zero objections and zero amendments!
