We are recruiting!

Due to an ever increasing workload and customer base CDC Property Maintenance are looking for at least one new Maintenance Operative.
Duties include building works, painting and decorating, minor plumbing and drainage, minor electrical works, garden renovations, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
Our customer base includes local estate agents, schools, businesses, and private residential homeowners.
Essential
- A high standard of work. As a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen a high level of work is essential.
- Willingness to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Well presented and polite.
- A good attitude.
- A full driving licence.
Details
- Hours – Monday to Friday 7.30 – 4.00. May vary depending on jobs. Some optional Saturdays may be available.
- Competitive rates of pay depending on experience and provision of tools/vehicle.
- Immediate start available.
- Branded t-shirts, hoodies and coat will be provided.
- Willing to take on someone with enthusiasm to learn new skills or someone who already has experience.
- Meet at Soham every morning unless prearranged to meet on site.

- Hours – Monday to Friday 8 – 4.30. May vary depending on jobs. Some optional Saturdays may be available.
- Competitive rates of pay depending on experience and provision of tools/vehicle.
- Immediate start available.
- Branded polo shirts, hoodies and coat will be provided.
- Willing to take on someone with enthusiasm to learn new skills or someone who already has experience.
- Self employed (with own public liability insurance) preferred but would consider employment.
- Meet at Soham every morning unless prearranged to meet on site.
