Garage conversion.

We were asked to create a warm usable room so we got to work. Fully insulated walls, and ceiling. We upgraded the supply cable to the garage and installed a new consumer unit capable of handling all the power requirements as the old set up kept tripping the electrics.

Bathroom transformation.

Our customer requested we design a bathroom with minimum steps/obstacles for ease of use by their mother. The existing bathroom was fully stripped out including wall tiles. A 1200x900mm shower tray was installed directly on the floor after adjusting all the waste and water plumbing. Below the existing vanity sink was the stairs bulkhead. Rather than lose this area, we created a seat for her to use whilst showering.
The walls were tiled in 600x300mm marble effect porcelain tiles and the floor with cement effect lvt click flooring. The radiator was repositioned and replaced with a 1000x600mm chrome heated towel radiator. A 650mm vanity unit was then installed with a led mirror incorporating a heat demister pad and a built in shaver socket. Finally a close coupled rimless toilet was fitted.

We can't believe it, we actually ventured out of Dickens Heath for this project, Rugby to be exact 😂.

Another bespoke media wall. 3.1m wide x 2.85m high.

Howdens Clerkenwell dove grey gloss handless less units on the bottom and customised panels on top. All cut, rebated and assembled on site.
