So we go the chance to repair and service the alarm system at the Old Glassworks in Priory Road in Warwick has been listed for £1,300,000 with Fine and Country.

So we had a phone call from a lovely couple asking our advise about a system that they had installed costing 4 times what we would charge and was not working correctly, we removed the system and fitted ours and called the company to come and collect their alarm it's in a box. Now the customer has a working system and they can have a nice holiday with the difference in price.

Xtreme didn't answer the phone or reply to emails, so we went and resolved the issues and gained another customer.

We respond to all types of alarms old and new and fitted by other companies. We responded to an alarm that we had not fitted, as the customer had the alarm going off and could not get hold of the company who fitted it.
We have since had extra work from them, so it pays to help out ! The old bell box is now in the bin 😬
