From Somerset, with love! 🫶🏻😍🚜🐄🍏🍺

What an absolute joy it's been to work on this latest project, down at Collie Shepherd Huts! 😁 (check them out on instagram, , or visit the website)

Beginning with removing the old fold down bed and table, which was proving cumbersome and impractical, I was tasked to manufacture and install a new bed which was both in keeping with the style of the Shepherd's hut, and provided much needed storage for guests' belongings. 👌🏼

Using a combination of reclaimed and new materials, aswell as matching the heart shaped finger pull detail on the existing window shutters, this space is now looking super cosy and inviting, aswell as being better suited to the relaxing vibes! 😁🥰

A smart oak drawer unit finished up for my latest customer today. 😎

Wanting to make better use of the space below their stairs, the task was to create a freestanding piece of furniture that looked fitted. 👌🏼 Combining the more modern styling of the glass sided drawers, integral lighting and white interior, with the chunky oak and industrial styling of the stairs, this gloomy corner now has a new lease of life and plenty of storage capacity! 😍

Another busy week ticked off! 💪🏼🥵

Started the week in style with a delivery of fresh workwear from Concept Products Ltd 😍 Thanks to the team there for hooking me up! 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Glad I had the foresight to order some white T's for this glorious weather! 👌🏼😎

Thankfully I haven't been totally confined to the workshop this week, too! ☀️ After finishing some preparation for a couple of upcoming furniture installs, I've been getting my hands dirty with some demolition work, making a start in turning these offices into a dance studio! 🕺💃

I've also been playing "removal man", assisting in the moving of a pool table for good friend Dr Cue, aswell as building him a lovely pair of matching workbenches! 🎱🏆 Work is also under way in turning his new unit into the perfect home for his business! 💪🏼🛠

Never a dull moment!! 😁

V Groovy Baby! 🕺

Been in and out of the workshop recently, working on a variety of solid and veneered oak materials.👌🏼 These large, sliding wardrobe door panels with 'v' grooved detail are currently in the spray shop, whilst these proper 5 piece shaker doors will be finding their way into a neat understairs drawer unit. 🛠🪵

A bit of extra curricular activity this week, playing a few legs for the local darts team that I sponsor! 🥰🍻 Always great fun to catch up with old mates. They tell me the team name is a pun about icebergs, but I'm not convinced!? 👀🤣🙈

Breakfast barred! ❌️

A visit to a return customer today to replace, quite frankly, the worst positioned breakfast bar I've ever seen! 🙈 (nice view of the wall 👍🏼🤣)

The task was to use all of the space available for storage, including a request to incorporate a space saving wine rack. 🍷 You'll need to go and check out my latest reel to see the hidden feature on this one!! 👌🏼🕵‍♂️

Receiving positive feedback from my customers is always great 🥰 even more so when it appeals to my sense of humour, too!! 😁

For me, repeat custom is a massive compliment, and clearly illustrates how happy people are with the level of service and workmanship that I strive to offer on every project! 😎🛠 Building a rapport and a bond of trust with my customers is so important to me, and if we can all have a laugh and a joke together throughout our brief encounters, then I'm all for that too!! 👌🏼
....But Shhhh.... don't tell anyone about me!! 👀
