The utility is the first room to be completed downstairs. Finally. Next on the list is the wc, with a couple small jobs and a final lick of paint, it will be another room ticked off shortly

It was quite the year and yes I’m still very much doing the home renovation, I would love for it to be a little further on that it is but trying to squeeze it in between full time work can be quite the challenge. However I think I can just about see that finish line and maybe a new front door is now needed 😅

As we’re coming into Autumn, this oak panelling recently fitted for a local building company certainly gives the cosy vibe.
Can you stop the removable panel hiding the underfloor heating manifold? 🍁🍂

Had the pleasure of working on this project over the last year near Shaftesbury. I was given the task of cladding the building in cedar which was little under 250 square meters in total, a big thanks to and for their help. Pictures of the inside are to come as I also had the contract to do the 2nd fix carpentry 🔨

Combining with the master on concrete I’m so happy how this vanity turned out for my home ensuite, the colour of the oak and concrete go so well together

A few pictures of a kitchen which was completed towards the end of last year. With the dividing wall taken down between the old kitchen and the dining room it allows it to be a much more sociable space and now perfect for entertaining.

A productive week on my extension, despite the weather managed to get the steels up, joists and floor down and all 1st floor walls erected, plyed and wrapped in a breathable membrane and all fuelled by sausage rolls and lemon sherbets 🍋
