Huge transformation on this downstairs shower room! Tight for space as we've maximised the suite items as much as possible in this room.

All previous pipework was exposed, coming out the concrete floor and exposed on the walls. All pipework is now buried, room skimmed, stud wall built to allow for niche and concealed shower valve.

Bota scudo basin unit, rimless BTW toilet, 1700x800 shower tray, fluted glass with return panel, 2 way concealed shower with fixed head and riser outlet.

All brushed brass finish, patterned tiles wrapping in the corners, fluted tiles on the outside of the shower area.

New ceiling fan, x2 led spotlights lights and a wireless kinetic charging switch.

JUNGLE WETROOM!
Beautiful floral tiles on the wall, wrapped so the pattern continues through the corners.
Green/grey floor tiles.
White 50mmx500mm tiles everywhere else.
Black wall hung toilet.
Black fluted wall hung furniture
Black panneled shower glass
Black 2 way shower valve with handset and ceiling shower head
Inline extractor fan
Underfloorheating cable laid into anti fracture matting, thermal boards fitted before hand.
Really high spec job. Done in 14 days. Lots of work has gone into this and there is during and before photos on this feed.

Customers had started the rip out on this one and had found the plasterboard had been badly damaged and was pulling away with the tiles. The remainder of boards were removed and replaced with waterproof tile backer board.

New larger low level shower tray.
Shower panels.
Black mixer shower.
Black offset shower enclosure.
Black towel rail.
Freestanding unit.
New lvt oak flooring.

Just awaiting the bowl basin as this wasn't delivered on time.

Big wet room starting next week can't wait to get stuck in!

Ensuite finished in billinghay.

Alot of prep work for this one as all the drainage was above floor level, this all had to be put below the floor to have a low level shower tray. Dwarf wall had to be partially removed to access the soil pipe.

A bathroom finished yesterday in north hykeham.

This is a beautiful transformation, this bathroom has a new lease of life. The bath was removed, a full length shower tray fitted, a combination basin and toilet unit, black fixtures throughout.
Oak Herringbone lvt flooring.
Beige tiles, colour matched grout and silicone, black tile trim.
Inline Extractor fan
Dual fuel towel rail.

Well the new year has started with a bang! Finished a small wc room last week, onto a kitchen tile today and tomorrow, then thursday the first bathroom of the year starts.

Well thats the last job of the year completed. (friday) this ensuite given a new lease of life, half height tiling outsdie the shower area. Vanity basin drawer unit, slightly larger shower tray fitted low level, new enclosure and mixer shower, built in niche, original toilet and rad refitted, lvt flooring.

We will be doing our review draw on new year's eve where one lucky person who has left a review will win £100.

One we completed yesterday!
Moved the locations around a bit on this job, a wall had partially been removed during the last fit of this bathroom, we've removed it all and completely transformed this space!

1400x800 shower tray
Wet room glass
Dual head mixer shower. On a shower pump.
Combination toilet and basin unit for lots of storage and a clean finish
Feature wall tiling
Garden white wall tiles everywhere else
1200x500 towel rail
Lvt flooring
Fully plastered
5 new led spotlights
Inline extractor fan
Pull cord changed to a chrome switch
Door way blocked up and re skimmed

12 days start to finish.

What a pleasure it was doing this job for a wonderful couple who looked after me and the workers amazingly.
