What a fab day! Huge thanks to Patrica for yesterday’s inspiring and fun creative marking and business event held at the wonderful community creative space in Gosforth, Newcastle. A wonderful way to spend a day back in my native North East amongst other creatives sharing their stories and coming away feeling inspired and all the better for it. This morning I made what felt like a pilgrimage, alongside many others to see what’s left of the Union street building in my home city of Glasgow, and it’s precarious looking facade before it’s taken down and the whole building is lost forever. Still hard to believe a small v**e shop caused so much destruction, wiping out not only the building but all those businesses and livelihoods within. A sad sight to see on my daily route through the city centre on way to and from our studio. Whatever its reincarnation is, it’s a major loss of such an historic building is a sad time for the city. 😢

We hope your new year is off to a gentle and encouraging start and would like to wish everyone a happy new year and that it brings new beginnings and an abundance of love, peace, happiness and creativity throughout 2026!
Walking through Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow yesterday morning, on my way into the studio for my first day after the new year, the bright, optimistic feel, and the simple, natural beauty of the scene above, seemed to sum up the mood at this time of year perfectly.
Looking forward to an exciting year of creative endeavours, we have new case studies, product news and creative inspiration to share with you in our February newsletter.
