Preparing plumbing for another kitchen fit. Old plumbing was a mess as you can see. NOT ANYMORE!!

Added an additional stopc**k but this time used a surestop so in the future open the cupboard and a flick of a switch water is off. No messing around emptying the cupboard to get to the regular style stop c**k.

Out with the NEW and in with the NEW, a so called tiler decided to dot and dab the tiles in place. Needless to say they lasted no longer than a week before they started moving. Now replaced with this lovely Grey moisture resistant flooring. Always do your due diligence when choosing the right tradesman.

Please excuse the profanities in my video but this sort of thing really angers me. A so called tiler had done this job, brand new tiled floor that now has to be taken up and replaced. Fortunately for my customer after starting to take up the tiles i was able to save 80% of the tiles.

This is however an announcement to people to do you due diligence when choosing tradesman to do your work. If they are much cheaper than most quotes there is usually a reason. As the saying goes good work isn't cheap and cheap work isnt good.

Please also see the comments section where i will upload the lack of adhesive used. As you will see from the pictures there will be dabs of adhesive that the tiles have been laid on. This is a big no no. If you ever spot a tiler doing this on your own hoise or project immediately ask them to leave.

These tiles lifted up without much effort after being layed for nearly a week so they should of been alot more difficult to remove.

Little bit of Canopy work. Out with the old in with the new. All ready for the roofer to come and tile it. Soffits and fascias to go on over the next couple of days also.
