As the weather gets colder it's time to harvest your outside tomatoes. Even if they ripen up they'll develop tough skins and can split in the cold nights. Green Tomatoes are extremely versatile in cooking and can be used in Green Tomato chutney, fried Green tomatoes and Fermented green tomatoes, which are some of my favourites aswell as many other recipes 🍅
