It’s very annoying not only for my clients, but also having to clear-up/fix issues after so called professional tradesmen. The client a Pensioner on top-up credit, qualified for new boiler & tank grant scheme (Great). A Chappy was a pointed to carry out the task from Birmingham and unfortunately the workmanship was bad. I initially had to put the air cupboard wooden slat shelving back together we new wood as some was damaged and had to clear up around the base area.
A few months later the client call again, this time a damp patch on the ceiling, a clear pipe push into the end of an over flow type pipe and not sealed. So water has been dripping for some time, client had not noticed the patch and the mould for some time by the look of it.
Also the waste left, but the copper pipe taken though 😡😡😡😡
