Ceiling & walls only on this job as customer is painting all woodwork. Walls had been newly plastered. Wasn’t done to a good finish and required lots of filling. Walls were mist coated, and ceiling painted in white. Then walls painted in green colour - dulux

Front room -
Lots of prep work in this room. Taping a filling a long crack on the ceiling and few other small ones. Zinserr applied to one wall with water stain drip marks. Ceiling then painted in Egyptian cotton - dulux heritage. Then walls and woodwork painted in dark green colour - V & CO dead flat multi surface paint

Front door painted from varnish to a yellow colour in bedec multi surface paint. Didn’t cover very well as took 4 or 5 coats

A job in Southampton town for the merchant navy welfare board offices. Lots of ceiling had new lights fitted and had old light fixing that needed to be filled and then ceilings repainted in AF1 ceiling paint. Some rooms had old water stains which were painted in zinsser. Then lots of walls in different office rooms re painted in Valspar touch matt magnolia.

Open plan kitchen - some filling, sand
and mist coat. New skirting & architraves & picture rail filled, undercoated and caulked. Walls painted in dulux diamond Matt 2 coats. Woodwork painted in Johnstones aqua guard durable satin.

Repaired and filled old tv bracket holes in the front room. Bedroom walls repainted as previous tenant painted half the room and got paint on everything. Both painted in dulux, colour - Chic shadow. Also bathroom ceiling painted In dulux bathroom paint

Kitchen - painted in the colour Frosted steel dulux kitchen paint. Small amount of woodworking painted in Johnstones aqua satin. Small ceiling repair in front room from old water leak. Gutters also cleared out & cleaned. Lastly soffit of garage was falling apart. So replaced with ply and then painted in exterior satin.
