Concrete slab installed first.
Then the frame work, floor, walls and roof.

A couple rooms painted!

From bare plaster to a beautiful light mocha colour.

The plaster was sealed, then two coats of light mocha added to the walls and
White silk paint on the ceiling.

Hallway walls and ceiling painted.

Finally the bedroom had a fresh coat on 3 walls (the 4th was having a full height wardrobe fitted)
And again, ceilings painted in white silk!

Fence repair!

That storm really pushed our fences to their limits!
Posts had new bolts fitted and a new frame fitted.
We used as many of the old planks as possible but did have to replace some!

Bathroom tiling

Walls tile taken off and replaced with a new and modern looking style
Laminate ripped up.and replaced for slate effect porcelain tiles.
New taps installed on the sink.
New toilet fixings added.
Finally a fresh coat of white paint on the ceiling and glossed skirting.

Toilet, bath, sink, shower and shower screen kept original, with a few added furnishings to finish it off nicely.

Customer wanted a small wall built to stop her grass area from flooding onto her parking space.
She wanted to keep cost low and wanted me to re-use some old bricks she had laying around.

Tree Root Disaster!

This customer was having issues with her guttering not draining
We followed the issue all the way under ground and discovered a tree root was blocking the waste pipes under ground.
The tree was removed!
We dug out the remaining roots and exposed the waste pipe to see no soakaway had been fitted and the tree had destroyed the pipe work.
We fitted new pipes and installed them Into a brand new soakaway crates system.
Finally filling back in the hole, covering with tip soil and fresh grass seeds, then repaired the surrounding area.

Problem solved!
