ISN’T SHE LOVLEY 😮‍💨 1 converted annex, 2 coats of paint and gloss, now ready to be rented out. Movie room needed a touch of colour customer liked the idea of having a feature wall, very nice choice of colour, the large kitchen needed cracks filled and some sanding colour is a few shades off from white, but with warm lighting it’s a very warming glow around the room. The next door neighbours spotted me working hard and wanted theirs doing aswell, how could I say no to the loveliest couple, Old Victorian sash window restoration, got rid of the wet rot and moulded wood putty to ressemble the original frame, customer was extremely happy with the outcome and so was I 👍🏼 the white cracking will not be returning

All ready for new tenants 😁 the landlord asked me to give this lovely house a tidy up around the edges, all window frames, the front door, front and rear facias and facias on the garage, a coat of black paint to bring the cast iron guttering back to looking new, landlord was most pleased with this👌🏼
