We completed this job on Behalf of Itchen Construction Ltd a few weeks ago

Once we had removed the rotting timber bay window and some of the cladding, We then replaced them with new UPVC.

This bay was on the second floor and wasn't easy to access for the regular upkeep and maintenance timber can require. This lead to water ingress into the timber and eventually it began to rot.

The modern UPVC cladding and double glazing will require much less maintenance and will also be more effective at maintaining room temperature.

We have found ourselves expanding as a company and are now trading as 'Tappy's Home improvements Ltd'.

We remain FENSA certified installers of windows and doors but we can now also offer a much wider range of general Home improvements

Sliding Sash Windows 🪟⬆️⬇️

We swapped out the old rotting timber windows for our more energy efficient UPVC Sliding Sash Windows.

As well as opening the top and bottom sections, these can also be safely leaned inwards to make for easy cleaning of the outside glass (picture 3)
