Fonbrig Wi******er last loft conversion completed recently…..
This one had a full roof off new floors with steels brickwork dorma construction, new pitched roof with a steel beam ridge supported with 2 steel uprights. Created 2 sizeable double bedrooms with en-suites. Beautifully fitted staircase complimented by cottage style internal doors also boasts a good size home office. Turning their dream into a reality

Latest job for us a lovely roof off punch up loft conversion with a full brick Dorma to the rear 2 weeks in and we’re hitting the structual parts of the job after a carful ripout of the existing structure !!

Busy build up towards Christmas for us squeezing in a small pitched roof and this clients full bathroom makeover pics in comments…
This one was a full kitchen refurb due to water damage client choose to rejig the space given this opportunity so will placed a steel to take back of the house brickwork and installed a downstairs w/c with utility room and main section being a small snug with this impressive kitchen instal !!

Latest work for us mansard roof for a new client/builder PJP homes 🏠 almost there with just the hips to put in and finish off the dormas 🙌🏼

So I need to get better at posting on here we’ve had a busy start to the year couple slow patches in March and April progressing well though below is a few pics of an internal house refurbished, that has been taken back to brick with a complete rewire re plumbing, dot n dab walls new reskim and fully second fix with a wren kitchen, also adding in a en-suite w/c only to master. We’ve led new lvt flooring continuous throughout the downstairs. Client will be moving in in June so will update with completed finished pics then

Last job of the year for us 4internal stud walls to create 2 classrooms for 1 on 1 tuition, we’re back here in the new year to start the next stage for the headmaster.
