JOB: Fixed a leaking pipe on an emergency call out, then came back the next day to fix the problem completely.

We were in a complete bind, I'd come home from work to find water dripping from the light bulbs in the kitchen from the bathroom above. I started to call around local plumbers. Pete came round quickly, despite obviously having plans that night, but understood it was an emergency. He identified the problem quickly and made everything safe until he could come back and fix it the next day. He was always punctual and kept in contact throughout. When quoting for the job he was very thorough, explaining why things were and offered different prices to suit our budget. Would recommend.

JOB:Complete rip-out and refit of bathroom plus flooring inc joists and kitchen ceiling.

Pete and his team were exceptional. They listened empathized and made sure the job was completed within time parameters set and more importantly the budget. Even so much as coming in a little under. They ensured they tidied as they went and the workmanship is excellent. There was never any misunderstandings or corners cut and I am definitely going to use Pete again to complete further works wanted in the house. I have no hesitation of recommending him to anybody who needs work completed. Thanks.

Requested to replace a float valve, completed the work quickly, tidily and really courteous. Whilst chatting discovered he was also able to service my boiler, hence the 2 days for the jobs. Responded really quickly to my enquiry, plenty of options for availability to complete the work. Great service, would use his services again and recommend him to others.
