A few issues on this one but not as bad as some in recent times. A lot of time on the tray cuts but look amazing once grouted. This is the 5th bathroom carried out for this customer as a recent house move meant that they couldn’t wait to see me again for 2 weeks!

When someone leaves this as disabled access and you have to sort someone else’s poor workmanship to make the customers life just a little easier. Screeded floor ready for vinyl , fully tiled walls , pipework run from airing cupboard to the extension hot , cold and heating and the fitting of two radiators and a towel rail. Ready to be completed once screed has dried and floor covering fitted.

Massive project in upper Shirley took a little under 4 weeks! Complete move around of all utility’s. Floor strengthening , step rebuilding , complete skim , new cylinder 75 gallon roof tank all associated pipework , 3 bar universal pump , complete exterior waste replacement and underfloor heating!!!!

Just awaiting the custom templates mirror for mr and Mrs b in Crampmoor. Complete strip out back to floor joists and stud walls dimmable strip lights really make the recess and can also be used for mood lighting whilst in the bath.
