All I can say is what a job!!
A lot of head scratching when removing old bathroom as previous fitter didn’t seem to know what he was doing and everything was damp or just falling apart , new shower area now waterproofed using jackoboards , floor and stud work repaired ready for the new tiles, lvt flooring , vanity unit with solid marble worktop and wall mounted taps , corner toilet and a shiny new towel radiator

Very dated cloakroom revamp, walls and ceiling plastered, small hand basin added, floor levelled and vinyl floor glued down, concealed cistern and back to wall pan added

Small en-suite made bigger by angling doorway a little , fitted bathroom units with new exterior soil pipe, shower panels fitted to some walls other walls plastered and painted , new radiator and mirror .

Last bathroom of the year!! Slight layout change as customer didn’t need a bath , grey wall tiles to all walls , shower tray, toilet and basin from drench
