Works Co-ordinator
We are looking to recruit a works co-ordinator for our busy office in Romsey. This will be on a full time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. As an expanding independent heating company who carry out the installation, servicing and maintenance of gas and oil boilers, ensuring our customers receive a fast, friendly and efficient service is vital.
The duties will be:
Prioritising urgent customer calls and emails
Managing day to day enquiries via email and telephone
Upkeep and improvement of social media presence
Fleet management
Managing customer reviews
CRM system management
Ordering installation materials and parts
Day to day diary management and job allocation for our team of engineers
Registration of customer guarantees
Dealing with customer complaints and queries
Typing up and amending quotes
General office administration
The candidate should be a hardworking, self-motivated individual who can work well as part of a team as well as on their own in a fast paced, reactive environment. Previous knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage but not essential.
The requirements for the role are:
Previous administrative experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Enthusiastic, proactive & self-motivated
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
Excellent telephone manner
Good attention to detail
What we offer:
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience
28 days holiday per year including bank holidays

Full time role Monday – Friday
