It's been a really enjoyable week and a bit working at the home of a lovely, local family . Putting the finishing touches to a new kitchen/diner and utility room. Lovely fresh, modern colours , on newly plastered walls makes for such a lovely finish 😍😍 .

Well ,this year's weather has been very unkind to this poor gardener....too dry ,too hot ,then TOOOOO wet! 🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️
As a result ,I've taken on decorating jobs earlier in the winter than I've ever done before.
This one was for the cousin of a friend who had been quoted extortionate amounts of money for what is a pretty straightforward job.
Anyway , thanks to the old wallpaper coming away in almost perfect strips, this took two days and I now have another happy customer who is back in love with her new ,cosy lounge. 😍😍

So ,in the blink of an eye my time inside is done . Completed my last decorating job of the winter today . Revamping the bedroom of a lovely couple I also do gardening for. This job has been 3 years in the making .... firstly COVID got in the way , then illness ,then a water leak meant it had to be put on hold again! FINALLY ,we got there! Lol .

Returned to the home of a previous customer,freshening up and brightening the landing, stairwell and hallway in their beautiful Victorian House. Lots and lots of filling, caulking, sanding, washing down, priming, glossing , painting and finally finished off with wallpapering! .
The difference in the feel of the walls is incredible ( sadly ,it doesn't really show up in photos though 🙄) .
Look forward to returning to these lovely people next year! 😃😃

Bit late but Happy New Year to all of you.!!!
Unlike previous years I've not had to advertise my decorating services this winter as I've been booked up doing jobs for customers from previous years! This truly makes me happy and proud that people want me to come back into their homes, despite all the disruption and chaos that goes hand-in-hand with decorating a room 😆 .

It's looking like I'll be fully booked now until I return to gardening in March , so here are just a few pics of what I've been up to this year. 😍☺️
