Looking for a new direction or change for the New Year!
Wessex M&E Services Ltd are looking for a Plumber/Handy person. It would require a driving licence and at least two years plumbing experience. The right candidate should be able to work on own initiative and be able to communicate with staff and clients.

Your service will include a series of checks to make sure your gas appliances are running safely and efficiently.
This includes:
A visual check of the gas appliance
A flue gas analysis & efficiency test, if required.
Removing the front cover and inspecting it, if necessary
Checking and adjusting the system pressure, if necessary
Cleaning the condensate trap, if
necessary
Checking the gas appliance is firing up and shutting down safely
Checking that the ventilation & flue
are in accordance with current Gas
Safety regulations
